A unique user access occurs the FIRST time your platform requests a specific user's verified data. For example: accessing User A's data the first time = 1 count. Accessing User A's data again = 0 count (free). Accessing User B's data = 1 count (new user). This "pay once per user" model ensures you only pay when onboarding new users to your platform, not on every login or data request.

OAuth login is FREE. You are charged only when you ACCESS a user's verified data for the FIRST time. This is our unique "pay once per user" model: when you request User A's data the first time, you pay. All subsequent accesses to User A's data are FREE (you already paid). If another platform requests User A's data, they pay separately. Users with complete KYC verification cost more (premium verified data) than basic profiles.

You pay a monthly minimum that includes access to a set number of unique users. OAuth authentication is always free. Each unique user you access counts once against your quota (subsequent accesses to the same user are free). If you exceed your included amount, overages are charged based on whether users have complete KYC: verified users cost 2x the base rate (premium data), basic profiles cost 0.5x (profile only). All charges are billed at the end of your billing cycle.

Absolutely! All sandbox requests are completely free with no limits. Test integrations, try different verification flows, and develop with confidence. Only production requests are billed. You can switch between sandbox and production environments instantly.

All user data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We comply with GDPR, NDPR, and SOC 2 standards. Users control what data is shared with your platform through granular consent management. We never sell or share user data with third parties.

Users can share verified identity data including: email, phone number, full name, date of birth, address, government ID verification (BVN, NIN, passport), document images, liveness verification, and custom profile fields. Users explicitly consent to each piece of data before sharing.

Basic OAuth integration can be completed in under 30 minutes using our SDKs (JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular). Full identity verification flows typically take 1-2 days. We provide comprehensive documentation, code examples, and dedicated support to ensure smooth integration.

We currently support Veriff for document and liveness verification, with native support for Nigerian identity systems (BVN, NIN). We're continuously adding support for more providers and regions. Enterprise customers can request custom verification provider integrations.

Absolutely! You can revoke any platform's access to your data at any time from your Unboarder dashboard. When you revoke access, the platform will no longer be able to access your verified information. You remain in full control of your data and privacy.
